If you live or work in the Evesham area and want to drop a minimum 1 stone (6kg) or 3% body fat if you're already lean then this 6-Week Shred Challenge is just the ticket. You will drop body fat, build lean muscle, improve overall fitness and gain new friends who are on the same journey as you.

Challenges currently start every Monday. You must sign up BEFORE Sunday 1pm to be enrolled and ready. You can sign up and go on a future Challenge if you need a little more time.

Your results are our advertisement for future programs... your family and friends will see you change shape, you will talk... we NEED you to lose fat and get leaner. It's your coaches responsibility to keep you on track, guide and maximize your results that you signed up for. It's hard to lose weight alone, it's why so many fail or yo-yo... your coach will be there for you just like top athletes have a coach by their side or those climbing Everest have a trusted guide to take them on the journey.
We run a results driven program/Challenge... not a gym membership. The result of you looking leaner and feeling fitter is our local advert. You are a walking talking billboard locally so it means much more to us than a standard gym. Results are seen and felt by you and those around you means we as a business are likely to get more clients on future programs (simple, but true, and we're only being honest).
You will be training under our roof and held to account and guided by your accountability coach. Its no cookie cutter approach where you are sent a training plan, a meal plan, then forgotten about as you try and keep motivated throughout 6 weeks. Your coach will push you through sessions, motivate you and make you accountable whilst tracking your progress from start to finish. You signed up to change, we take responsibility in getting you there. No guesswork, no gimmicks.
You will be following a simple, flexible meal plan. Everyone's eating habits and cooking differ, that's why a one-fits-all plan doesn't work. Our plan is simple to follow and gives you the flexibility to eat what you enjoy eating and preparing foods to what fits your lifestyle. Love cooking, great, hate cooking, no problem.
ALL "diets" in life to lose weight are calorie controlled, it's just what suits you best that keeps you on track. We want to eliminate the guesswork and make things simple to follow so it's easier for you to stay on track.
Your coach will be there during workout sessions to push you, provide feedback and ensure you are progressing. You will be asked to weigh-in, get before and after photos and measurements (optional)... this is all to add to the accountability and encourage you to progress in getting slimmer... remember, you and us want to get you to lose at least 1 stone (6kg) in 6 weeks (minimum).
No. You will be completing group session workouts at our facility.

Our meal plans are part of our program. They are flexible in what you can eat, so you can avoid any foods that your are unable to have.
Yes, our workout sessions are in a group setting, but time and rep based. You moved at your own speed whether beginner or advanced.

Challengers who follow the program and plan typically see results in the first couple of weeks. This is a fat shredding program... weight will fluctuate throughout, but the overall trend for 6 weeks will be down on the scales with the expectation to lose between 1-2 stone (6-12kg).
This depends on your starting weight and your consistency in sticking to the program and plan for the duration.
Typical Challengers lose between 1-2 stone (6-12kgs) if they are quite a bit over weight to start with. Others, who start leaner, won't lose as much weight/fat, however they will lean up considerably and those small small weight loss changes will really show.
You can continue progressing by staying on the program or you can walk away with your results.
